Below is a list of city-centre businesses that were open on Saturday 4 April 2020. It's based on what I saw during a daily walk within a 2km radius of my home.
- Almost every place that is open has a limit on how many people can be inside at once. For some, it's only one customer, others wait outside.
- Some shops say card-payments preferred. Others are only accepting tapped card (or other device) payments.
- Most are opening for limited hours only.
