A range of jobs (team member, kitchen assistant, general manager shift-leader)
are now being advertised for the Sprout restaurant which is due to open in Eyre Square. (Opening date hasn't been given yet, the restaurant is still being fitted now.)
Some jobs are full time (by which they mean permanent, beyond September) and
some part time (probably meaning summer only).
They want people who can deliver warm, human interactions to helping the team
keep the place humming, people who care about people, pace, and good food.
Pay for a team-member is €14.15–€14.50 per hour depending on experience.
They say "You don’t need experience for this role, we’ll teach you everything
you need to know. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to
learn." But you must:
- Have a good level of English, to understand instructions and communicate with customers and the team.
- Be curious and willing to learn
- Turn up on time and take pride in doing a good job.
