A full-time (40 hours/week) call-centre administrator is wanted at Specsavers eye and hearing clinic and shop in Galway Shopping Centre on the Headford Road.
They want someone who is customer-focussed on confident on the phone: you will be answering customer phone enquiries and confirming appointments and confirming PRSI-claim eligibility.
You must also be organised, reliable and comfortable multi-tasking, as well as friendly, helpful and eager to learn.
Starting salary is €30,000 per year.
