A permanent, part time (21-26 hours /week), Supervisor is wanted at the Carraig Donn gift shop in Williamsgate Street at the entrance to Corbett Court Shopping Centre, just down from Logues Shoes.
You must be fully-flexible, including able to work late-nights and weekends for this job.
The job involves
- Driving sales by leading and motivating a high-performing team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Promoting sales while controlling costs to maximise profitability and achieve optimal gross margin.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of, and adhering to, company procedures and Health & Safety procedures.
- Upholding company standards in customer service, health & safety, and overall store presentation.
- Fostering a strong team spirit through communication, leadership, and collaboration.
- Supporting the Store Manager with organising and managing weekly team rotas to ensure adequate coverage within budgeted hours.
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with Company guidelines.
- Handling customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to Head Office where necessary.
- Ensuring effective use of the till system, cash management, and daily store operations.
- Supporting recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance store efficiency and engagement.
- Maintaining high standards of stockroom organisation and overall store safety and hygiene.
