This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of every 7. The salary is €45,995 pro-rata for the proportion of the year worked and benefits include 23 days annual leave per year, as well as a staff discount and employee assistance programme.
The job is to:
- Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
- Be responsible for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and sales
- Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required
- Organise your team of Retail Assistants: Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
- Drive your development by taking advantage of their digital learning and career pathways.
