A senior sous chef and senior chefs de partie are wanted at the award-winning Kings Head bistro and bar in the heart of Galway city:   This gastro-pub complex runs between High Street and Middle Street. 

Their food-philosophy is that if it's fresh and local it gets on the menu.  This means you will be working with fantastic, fresh local ingredients from local artisan producers, in modern, spacious well equipped kitchen.

You must be able to work well as part of a team, in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

Chefs receive a generous salary and benefits, plus share of cash and credit card tips.
