A barista / customer service job is available at Bridie Murphy's bakery in Mainguard Street, just down from The Sheep gift store.
The job is to:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks for customers
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
- Keep the work area clean and organised
- Operate coffee shop equipment, eg coffee machines, grinders
- Help with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow food safety and quality regulations.
They want some who has:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
