A kitchen porter (experience necessary), assistant manager (with at least 3 years experience in a similar environment) and chef-de-partie (minimum of 2 years' experience) are required at Il Vicolo Italian restaurant and wine-bar in Bridge Street - in the basement underneath Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre.
