A van-driver / storeperson is wanted at the Galway city Heat Merchants heating and plumbing supplies branch in Briarhill Business Park.
This is a Monday to Friday job, with no late nights or Sunday/bank-holiday work, and occasional Saturday overtime. Probably full time, although the sign and website don't actually say so.
You must have
- A full, clean driving license (B or better)
- Experience in a stores area or warehouse
- Driving experience
- Experience driving a forklift (ideally hold a curreng forklift license)
- Basic computer literacy.
Ideally you will also have experience in the Heating/Plumbing industry, trade sales, and experience driving a box body type van, and a current Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate.
Their website says that applications closed on 5 February, but a sign was put up in Tubs &Tiles on the 6th so they may still be looking.
