They now have an approach called Open Hiring. Under this the first person to apply for an entry-level job is the first person to be called to "have a chat", and will get the job provided they meet the basic requirements.
This looks like a 30 hours/week job.
They are looking for someone who is interested in connecting with customers to drive customer engagement, and has open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
