Waiting staff, a kitchen porter and with at least 2 years
experience, and a chef - all with a minimum of 2/3 years experience, are required at Il Vicolo restaurant and wine-bar in the basement of Bridge Mills building - just around the corner from the renamed Bare Pantry cafe.
As well as experience, personality is a must for this job.
