To start with, these jobs are in Spiddal, which is 30 minutes drive from Galway City (toward Connemara). But they will be moving to HID's new Galway-city factory in Mervue business park in early 2023.
Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but is not essential because full training will be provided.
This is a permanent, full time contract with an interesting shift pattern: each month, you work for either 12 days or 12 nights, with an 8 week rotation. So it sounds like you are on days for two months, then nights for two months. This means you are working on average 3 days each week, so are doing 12 hours shifts. And that is why you can both work full time, yet have 26 weeks of free time each year (the weeks aren't consecutive).
