A deputy-manager is wanted at Flying Tiger Copenhagen gift and design store in the Eyre Square Shopping Centre - upstairs, along from David Martin hair salon.
The job includes an initial training programme in one of their existing stores and a development programme.
This is a full time contract, working 5 days per week: you must be available to work any day of the week, including Sundays and public holidays. Ideally, you need to be able to work in other locations Flying Tiger locations, too.
They want someone with supervisor experience in retail management, excellent communication skills and customer focus, a creative approach to merchandising with a strong visual merchandising background/experience, a good understanding of all 'back of house' activities, ability to build good team relationships across the team, a real desire to make a valued contribution to a great team, and appropriate IT and administration skills.
