Proven retail, leisure management or supervisory experience is required.
Previous cinema experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
because full training will be provided. You must be confident, commercially aware, and capable of forming good relationships with a wide range of people. Good business and IT skills are important. You must also be hands-on and able to manage and motivate a team to provide a professional and high-quality cinema experience.
