This front-of-house job is for 30+ hours per week. The ideal person will
be able to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment, have at
least two year's experience in a similar role, a passion for food and
attention to detail, understanding of HACCP systems, good multi-tasking and
decision-making skills, excellent organisational skills - and be a
customer-focused team-player.
