A chef de partie is wanted for a full-time position at the Black Cat tapas restaurant, jazz and wine bar in Prarie House in Salthill village - next door to the Office and Holiday Hotel.

Black Cat have been doing call and collect takeaways since March, and have recently added a few tables outside their front door, too.  And, since June, they have also been serving people staying in their upstairs accommodation.
