A motivated chef, with at least 4-5 years' experience in a busy environment and an up-to-date HACCP certificate, is wanted at Gorse.   This is an opportunity to "set your own foot into Galway's culinary door step".

This Eatery and Venue, which has 180-degree views and huge potential to grow sky-high, is located at Barna / Beara Golf Course - and having your own transport would be an advantage.
