Front of house and Chef de partie

Front of house staff and a chef de partie are wanted at the Quay Street Kitchen  (QSK), which is located in Quay Street - across the street from the still-closed McDonagh's Seafood restaurant.

Quay Street Kitchen have been offering a takeaway menu based around gluten-free fish dishes in the early evenings (maybe 4-8pm) at weekends since late April (?) / early May.   

They have some outdoor space in the street, and likely will offer outside dining from early June, possibly complemented by continued takeaway meals.
