This is a locally owned business, which has traded on-line through the
Covid-19 closedown and is shortly moving from a shop in Upper Abbeygate Street
to a larger unit in Eyre Street.
Their ideal candidate will have the four f's:
- Friendly
- customer Focussed
- Flexible,
- Fluent in sarcasm (in practice, this probably means you need good English to understand their jokes).
Retail experience, product knowledge, and a treat obsession will go in your
favour, but none of these is a swipe-left deal breaker (ie they are not
essential), the existing team are happy to help out and spread the treats
knowledge. An ability to chip in with phrases like "Living the dream sure",
"Ya don't live in Galway for the weather", and "I LOVE this place" is also a
help.
