Fun-loving fish enthusiasts are wanted to join the crew at an opening-soon-in Quay-Street seafood restaurant (and possibly takeaway at least in the short-term).
The goal is to create a gorgeously homely fish hub on one of Galway's best loved streets! Some staff have been hired, but they are looking for the final touches to the kitchen team.
Cheffing experience is preferable yet not essential.
