They want someone with strong commercial experience, as well as retail and
leadership / motivation experience - for a team which includes both staff and
volunteers. (Although many of the people who work in charity shops
are volunteers, there's every indication that this is a paid job.)
The job involved helping the manager with day-to-day running of the shop, and
encouraging/motivating the team to achieve sales targets to raise funds to
support the services which Enable Ireland offers.
