Bar supervisor

A full time bar supervisor with at least three years' experience is wanted for a full-time position at the Front Door bar and restaurant incorporating Sonny Molloys and Tigh Nora's Gin Bar - across the street from Kenny Joe's Gelato.

The job is to provide engaging and fast service to Customers.
The pub is:
• Galway’s Late-night venue
• Food served daily
• Our own Gin bar with an extensive Gin & whiskey Collection
• Curiously different & ever-changing cocktail menu
• Late night entertainment 7 nights a week
Who are you?
• A real passion for creating high end cocktails, wines and spirits and have the
ability to recommend and advise our customers
• Boasting a professional and courteous attitude
• Have a full knowledge of alcohol and liquor policies and regulations
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive of all team
members
• Excellent guest service skills always exceeding guest expectations
• Serve our customers their beverage promptly and courteously
• An ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
Attributes:
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Bartender in a fast-paced
bar environment is essential
• Can do attitude
• Good working knowledge of bar is essential
