Restaurant staff

Restaurant staff are wanted at the opening-in-July Beef and Lobster restaurant which is opening its first restaurant outside of Dublin.

The location is the corner of Eglington and Williamsgate Streets, across the road from Brown Thomas - in the restaurant which used to be Maxwell's Bistro (which closed last week and is now being refurbished). 

They say that experience doesn't matter, they hire based on personality.  But it's likely that they want at least some chefs, kitchen porters and waiter/waitresses (though it looks like the kind of place which might use different job titles).
