A sous chef and a chef de partie are wanted for full and part time opportunities at the family owned-and-operated O'Reilly's bar and restaurant, by the big roundabout in Salthill.

You must have relevant experience, love both food and excellent service, and be interested in natural foods and locally sourced produce.
