Must be amazing, funny, vibrant, energetic, friendly, passionate. A phenomenal "can do" personality is essential. Craft beer knowledge is a nice to have (if you don't have it when you join, you'll be learning it quickly enough).
Experience isn't mentioned - but I get the feeling they expect you'll have some.
