People who are "dreaming of an RI Christmas" are wanted to join the team for the most wonderful time of the year at River Island men's and women's fashion store in Shop Street.

Their sign says that benefits include "competitive pay, amazing staff discount, uniform allowance" - and also that the hourly rate is €10.50 for over 20s and €9.45 for people age 18-20.

There's QR code to scan for more information:  this says that it us a 20 hours / week permanent job, mainly "based in our back of house operations" (ie the stockroom, and possibly shelf-stocking) - but you could be asked to help anywhere in the store.   They want someone who is driven and fast-paced individual with fantastic time management skills.

Site crew and a retail manager, and retail / market-stall staff are now being hired to work at the Galway Christmas Market in Eyre Square.

Milestone Inventive are the company running the overall market:  they hire some staff directly, and will pass CVs on to the market traders once the traders are hiring.   The market is running from Friday 11th November to Thursday 22nd December 2022.   Most jobs will be between these dates, a few (eg some site crew) maybe a little before and afterward, setting up and taking down.
