The job involves briefing them on the tour, and driving them and their bicycles to the starting point, in  company van.

You are not required to cycle with the guests, but you are the point of contact if they have any questions during their tour.  Most guests are couples or groups of 4/5 people from the US, Canada, EU or Australia.
