The job includes food preparation, cooking and production, and leading all aspects of the food safety and hygiene management system.

They are offering a 12 month contract, and need you to be flexible to cover planned and also short-notice shifts.

Requirements include

• A qualification from the National Tourist Certification Board (NTCB), or London City and Guilds, or National Qualification Framework (NQAI)
• Knowledge of medical dietary related conditions
• Formal HACCP training.

Pay is at Point 1 on the HSE Chef 2021 scale.
