A pizza chef is wanted at the recently re-opened Woozza wood-fired pizzas in Middle Street, located beside Smiles city-centre dental clinic.

This is their restaurant location.  It was closed between January and April, but have reopened and are currently operating as a takeaway.  They have some outdoor seating, using carparking area outside the shop.

Waiters / waitresses and a barista are wanted at Meubles cafe in Briarhill Business Park. This estate is reached from the Parkmore Rd.  Meubles is beside the dual carriageway, facing the Clayton Hotel.

Experience is essential, and for the waiting jobs, you must be available to work full-time after the summer months, is this job is not suitable for returning students. 

An experienced barista is also required:  must be able to do basic latte art.

This furniture-store café has been open on a takeaway basis since 17 May and will reopen fully when outdoor dining is allowed.   They do not have any outdoor seating.

Front of house staff and a chef de partie are wanted at the Quay Street Kitchen  (QSK), which is located in Quay Street - across the street from the still-closed McDonagh's Seafood restaurant.

Quay Street Kitchen have been offering a takeaway menu based around gluten-free fish dishes in the early evenings (maybe 4-8pm) at weekends since late April (?) / early May.

The front-of-house (which likely means counter-service) job is for 20+ hours per week.  The ideal person will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have at least two year's experience in a similar role, a passion for food and attention to detail, understanding of HACCP systems, good multi-tasking and decision-making skills, excellent organisational skills - and be a customer-focused team-player.

The delivery driver must have a good knowledge of Galway City and surrounds, be customer focussed, have their own vehicle, and have good multi-tasking and organisational skills.
